LUV E-Z RAGDOLLS KITTEN CONTRACT/GUARANTEE

1. THIS KITTEN WILL NOT BE DECLAWED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF SELLER.

2. This kitten/cat will not be let free to roam outdoors.

3. If, for any reason, the Purchaser cannot retain ownership of this cat/kitten, the Breeder shall be given the right of first refusal, and/or will assist in placing the cat/kitten with a new family.

4. Seller agrees to a complete medical history and records of all vaccinations this cat has received along with the following Health Guarantee:

A. Kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours against upper respiratory infection, fleas, worms, fungus and ear mites. Purchaser is advised to take said kitten to a veterinarian for a complete exam if health is in doubt. During this 72 hour period if illness is discovered, Seller will gladly take kitten back and have it treated by our vet at our expense. It will be returned to the Purchaser after being deemed healthy by Breeder’s vet. Kitten must be returned to Seller within 24 hours of discovery. If Purchaser wishes to have kitten treated by their own vet Seller will not be responsible for any medical expense.

B. Seller guarantees kitten not to have Felv, FIV or FIP at time of adoption. Seller can not guarantee kitten to be free from Feline Enteric Corona Virus (FeCV).

C. Kitten/Cat has a one year replacement guarantee against hereditary or congenital defects that affect the life of the cat. A complete veterinarian history must be furnished and supporting documentation verifying the condition. Upon verification of findings by Sellers vet Purchaser will be given another kitten of like quality as soon as one becomes available.

5. IF BUYER BREAKS ANY PART OF THIS CONTRACT OR IF THIS CAT/KITTEN IS DECLAWED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION OR VACCINATED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN RHINOTRACHEITIS, CALICI, PANLEUKOPENIA OR RABIES OR IS VACCINATED FOR RABIES AT THE SAME TIME OTHER VACCINATIONS ARE GIVEN OR AT THE SAME TIME AS ANY SURGERY ALL GUARANTEES ARE NULL AND VOID.

6. Seller reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time before the final sale.

Cats sold as pets or show alters will be altered prior to leaving Cattery. Cats sold as pets will not be shown without permission. Registration papers provided at the time of delivery or, if they are not yet available, within 8 weeks after delivery.

I (WE), THE UNDERSIGNED, CONSIDER THIS TO BE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO THIS CONTRACT MUST BE INITIALED BY ALL PARTIES. JURISDICTION FOR THIS AGREEMENT WILL REMAIN IN DAUPHIN COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.
